How do I opt in to SMS?
You can opt in by checking the SMS box during checkout, enabling notifications in the SmartBuds app, or texting START to (650) 414-5533.
How often will I receive messages?
Message frequency varies. Typically 2-4 messages per order (confirmation, shipped, delivered) and 1-2 per month for product updates.
How do I stop receiving messages?
Reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again.
